Great location, close to everything in the area. Adjacent to the downtown area with plenty of shopping and dining options. Also near the shops and restaurants of the town. Rooms were fantastic, especially loved the one with a large hot tub! 🛁

Well stocked and good-sized rooms with a microwave oven, a fridge and a couch bed, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good location, at walking distance from Clearbrook Golf Club. Generally the service was excellent.

nice breakfast included eggs and bacon. the room i stayed in was neat, it had 2 queen size beds. location: the hotel was next to the shops and restaurants and parks and dining.

Wonderful stay

It was in a great location, just minutes from downtown Saugatuck. The hotel had just what we needed for our 1 night stay.

This place offers spacious, modern rooms with a Jacuzzi tub and a nice size bathroom, situated in a convenient location to everything in the area.

Easy to get to, easy to get into town.

No elevator. You have to carry everything up the stairs. What if someone in our party was in a wheel chair, or needed a walker? How would we get up to the room?

We liked nothing about Best Western or about Booked.net.

Our reservations were "lost". We had our confirmation number, but they didn't care. They didn't care that we had no where to go and that we had two small children. The manager (who was wearing dirty clothes) said, "not my fault". He didn't offer to help us in any way at all. Very rude. While I was there trying to convince him that we had a room, a lady, who was dripping wet and in a swimsuit, came into the lobby to ask for pool towels. The place didn't look very clean. We left. We will never book with Booked.net or stay at a Best Western again. Each place blamed the other place, but no one cared that we were stuck without a room and neither company helped us.

The hotel was dated. The decor in the lobby and breakfast area was "cheap and cheesy". Was good enough for a one or two night stay, not a place I would stay at long term.

I ate at a great restaurant for dinner.

Had a blast during our vacation! The weather couldn't have been better. The location of this place was just perfect for what we had planned. It's downtown, right where all the action is happening. And let me tell you, the room had a cozy king size bed that was just 👌🏼.

Tranquil and secluded spot! The hotel is in a new building standing in a super peaceful neighborhood. 🌿

I loved the well-kept and brand-new room equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The stunning view of the forest from my room was magnificent. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel's location near Clearbrook Golf Club was very convenient.
